School of life

Experience and the school of life,  different private trainings have been my teachers throughout life. 

Often, people want to know where I got my “education”, which is fair enough for asking me this, but what they actually want to know is how deeply indoctrinated I am in a brainwashed system that rewards people for copying others, repeating brainwashed beliefs and deeply ingrained conditional ways of thinking. How many letters do I have behind my name and for them to trust my professional approaches and what I offer? 

I have gained my official diploma and foundations in Belgium in massage therapy, skin care, foot care and other sub-specialities in 1996. These were my basic foundations of practice and my starting point to explore and evolve my skill set on to holistic practices and spiritual matters. 

So yes FYI, my basic foundation is anatomy, physiology, histology and ground principles of health education which led me to go on my own journey ànd my professional development and career path with many companies ànd trainings that were expanding my knowledge. 

After a lot of self study, curiosity and wanting to understand the human mind and correlation between mind – body -soul, I created “The heart ♥️ chakra project”. À human approach to holistic and spiritual development and awareness. 

I don’t need an indoctrination diploma to show that I’ve got a human heartfelt approach to work with people. 

I gained the learnings of different teachers in life to be holding à very strong space for people to just BE …. To be able to be themselves and learn about authenticity. 

Very soon I’ll be publishing my first book 📕 that I wrote in 2025, à personal story and insights into human nature and behaviour ànd why emotional intelligence will be one of the most important factors in life. How human consciousness is evolving and self-awareness is key to a happier life, and how empowering this can be. Authenticity is needed to be connected to your own heart and the world outside, and what and why you are attracting certain dynamics.

Recently finished level 1 & 2 practice of dr. Klinghardt’s ART method ànd privately continuing my training wit my osteopath who’s Klinghardt trained in the 90’s, we work together and he’s teaching me how he works and different combinations of other modalities learned from other peoples experiences. 

I will be exploring more testing ways to incorporate into my practice. 

Take control and responsibility over your own health/mind is my motto.
