How emotions affect your physical body

Emotions that are unprocessed, not spoken, feelings of frustration, anger, shame, guilt, or any emotion that is not being addressed, will express themselves in your physical body. Trauma is stored in the body. It’s a well-known fact by now that emotional burden, grief, any emotions that people brush off as not important, when it is to them, but don’t feel safe to speak, express, feeling ashamed, or anything that stops them from feeling, will come out, sooner or later, in the body.

Feelings have been dismissed more often, especially in older generations, as a way to not pay attention to one’s feelings or to get over them. To keep going and not think or reflect on why you feel the way you feel. Prevalent attitudes that people have accepted and stay quiet. Vulnerability is labelled as a weakness in society these days, especially in the male population. Men seem to be the ones who don’t need to process feelings and have to be strong all the time, without showing their true feelings.

They have hard times and are deeply conditioned to not show any feelings of sadness, pain, hurt, grief, etc… These undermined, suppressed feelings will show itself more often then you would think in the body. Sooner or later, it will come to the surface, not knowing where these sudden feelings of depression, emptiness, frustration, detachment, and not feeling connected come from.

Mental health issues in the male population is rising massively, especially these last five, six years, since the fake pandemic hit the world with unlawful restrictions and tyranny. Marriages, relationships fell apart cause it all became too much for everyone. The triggers, the challenge of being under the same roof 24/7 for longer times made people very uncomfortable, reactive and unhinged.

The returning question always is WHY? What was the underlying issue, the trigger, the reason for people to react the way they did? When we understand the deeper layers, all can start to shift, and transformation can happen. This is an inner process that you will experience and come out the other way.

Or all kinds of physical issues can come up to the surface, especially back pains and joint pain is very common in all unprocessed mental-emotional feelings. The body speaks; it will tell you that there is a problem. Pain can be seen in different ways, and even disease can be seen as a way to resolve the issues. It’s not necessarily a permanent label of chronic illness, unless you want it to be, and you’ve put your body through so much suffering that it is deeply damaged. Still, I don’t see why a lot of health issues and pains can’t be reversed. The future of medicine is frequency, energy work and vibration. Understanding the link between all, the emotional, physical, mind and the soul. Too many indoctrinated belief systems have been implemented for over 100 years, and people are removed from all that is natural and holistic.

Have a wonderful start to 2026.
