📅 18 December 2025

Our emotional and mental well-being has had a lot to endure over these last years. Especially since 2020, when people had a lot of traumatic, shocking and difficult situations to deal with. Where society has changed dramatically overnight, where the world hasn’t been the same anymore.
Everyone has experienced a level of stress and challenging times in recent years. No one has been free or exempt from it.
I’ve gained a lot of insights on how to deal with emotionally disregulated and traumatising events, through my private trauma training with Carine Hutsebaut in victimology and criminal profiling since 2020. I have specialised in emotionally supporting people in a very holistic sense and approach. I combine different types of energy healing work, bodywork, and how to recognising people’s patterns, behavioural attitudes to help break these repetitive cycles and trauma response actions.
It’s a difficult time for many, Christmas, wintertime, the darker days. Where we have a lack of light and also one of the biggest issues now is loneliness. I don’t think we’ve ever hit such a record in the world of people that struggle with this emotional feeling. Regardless of having family, a partner or people around you. It is number one’s biggest mental health issues these days. In particular men, mental health issues in the male population is even worse then for women. There is still a taboo around mental health and men. I want to help and support them to break free, bring emotional awareness to their needs and struggles, to not have to feel isolated and abandoned.
These feelings often stems from inner child wounds, PTSD, or any traumatic event that has never been processed, grieved or dealt with. Cause men often are told not to have feelings, be strong and get over it. They simply do not know how to grieve or even think they are allowed. Nobody taught them how to deal with these unprocessed feelings.
Is a societal issue these days, not only men, but the whole of society is having trauma responses, that has not been able to process and be self-aware in a safe environment, where we are all under pressure, attack and constantly being watched.
What I offer is a strong safe place for people to speak about their emotions, name them, that it’s okay to have feelings, any. I offer a somatic approach, with Reiki, emotional support coaching and holistic bodywork to help release these unprocessed feelings. Trauma is stored in the body and will express itself in pain, discomfort, emotional disregulated behaviour, a fight-flight attitude, escapism, survival responses, etc.
Being human in a very detached, traumatised world has never been so challenging as it is now. Don’t sit alone in shame, blame or guilt with your feelings. Take action to change your life. Life is too short to be feeling miserable, unloved, abandoned, and isolating oneself. I have experienced this in my own life from both sides of the story and have been able to overcome a lot of my traumatic responses. With all the tools I have learned to use, I’m here for you to use these tools, with guidance and coaching to feel more empowered, less lonely and connected to who you really are. Authenticity is key.
Sessions for emotional support and wellbeing start at £50/hour; this can be done in person or online.
