Health is our most valuable asset these days, especially with rising health problems and inexplainable health issues people suffer from. No access or little help within the medical system, that wants to solve all with a pill, isn’t getting people nowhere, or even no appointment at all. Who do you then speak to or go to?
I’m not here to replace any medical advice, or be your natural GP, I’m here purely to bring awareness and educate people a little bit more on natural solutions, and take control of their health. It’s time to take responsibility for your own health and educate yourself as much as possible. People are held back by fear.
An example of one of my friends is Philip, a nearly 79 old man that was on numerous meds for blood pressure, heart issues, cholesterol, etc…. He had enough and decided, together with his wife, to investigate his medication and slowly came off. Went to the “School of herbalists” in his area as a study case, where they thoroughly questioned him, asked for blood results and what the GP prescribed him. So they would be able to offer him natural alternatives , which would be still his choice to do so.
A very important step is to detox the body on a regular base. Because we are all full of toxins, some people have more then others and parasites that affect our gut. Therefore our whole system is affected.
There are many gentle ways to help detox the body gently or you could go for the more hard way and do an anima. This can be done with a professional at a Clinic or you do have these cleansing kits to use at home as well.
Toxins are everywhere, in our food, tap-water, in the air, medication, etc…And then we also have the toxicity on a energetic level, emotions, mental toxicity. That can make us ill, or aid to being ill.
To help you detox on a physical level will also help you clear your mind, a better focus, and emotions on a mental level, I advise to always be very cautious, cause detoxing methods can be intense, can bring up unprocessed emotions. Detoxing is a mind, body, soul cleanse.
The most non-invasive way to assist you with this process is Reiki energy healing, to help you balance, feel more grounded and work through what you need to work through.
On a physical level there are many helpful methods to clear your digestive system, to be regularly be repeated, through the year and in different seasons you can implement a detox period.
There is so much information out there, it’s choosing and seeing what you feel more comfortable and achievable with.
Simple things to start with a freshly squeezed lemon water in the morning on an empty stomach to help detox cleanse the liver.
Making juices in the morning, one of my favourite ones is my own celery, lemon, lime, apple, ginger juice I make. You can be as creative as you wish to be. In the daytime I use the Zendocrine Doterra oil in my drinking water as a detox aid. Essential oil of tangerine peel, juniper berry, rosemary, coriander and geranium makes my water taste delicious!
Lime is so good for the gut, even the essential oil of Doterra Lime can be used alongside in your water or juices.
Different DoTerra essential oils that are food grade can aid to all the different issues you want to tackle, they are great to work on mind, body and soul.
Some very interesting cleansing powders and clays are very cleansing, to remove toxins, heavy metals from the body.
Activated charcoal, spirulina algue, chlorella, zeolite, bentonite clay, white clay or kaolin, diatomaceous earth,…
I also found the importance of a binder when you try to remove toxins and parasites, so it’s not floating in the body and can go out the natural way. Like psyllium husk.
Restoring the body and giving nutrients that it needs is another aspect of cleansing. Very helpful can be the medicinal mushrooms, that will help on gut level and on all other organs as well.
Adding some minerals back to the body is also vital, especially Magnesium, from a good quality, preferably a complex of Magnesium’s as in biglycinate, citrate, oxide and taurate. To support better sleep and hormonal balance. Stay away from cheap supplements full of binders, fillers, additives and little of the actual component. Go for a well sourced, clean and ethical brand.
The power of natural remedies is not to be underestimated, it can really change and turn your health around for the better.
