How to take care of your feet!

Our feet, the base of our body is needing some proper attention soon. Sandals are coming out, the beach is calling, and feet will be exposed after a very long wintertime.  Feet need attention anytime of the year, but particularly now with the nice sunny weather coming.

Toenails often have issues, discoloured, thickened, or have a not so attractive look. This means you have a traumatised nail, due to a bacterial infection ( fungal nail ) or the cells of the toenail are making the shape look unattractive. There are ways to treat these issues, to prevent the bacterial nail problem going any further and keep them in a fairly better condition.

What I can do for thickened toenails is reduce the thickness with the podiatry masterspray machine, which will feel so much more comfortable and lighter in shoes. No more pressure, prevent on going issues like ingrown toenails. It’s a simple and pain-free procedure to file the nail in a more smooth natural looking shape. Still I advice to treat the nail with some natural products to create a more healthier nail. Feet and toenails are the ends of our body, which detox and eliminate our toxins, also the last part of our circulation is the most difficult part to treat when you choose to use medication. Toenail problems are often related to the gut, an imbalance in the microbiome, and is a build up of toxins.

A toenail infection can also be caused be an accident or trauma, by too narrow shoes, a constant pressure on the toenail ( sports) someone threading on your toe, which will lift the nail from the nail bed and disturb the bacterial balance.

For the ladies, It’s better to not paint your nails with polish during the treatment of the infection, which will suffocate the nail and will stop the effectiveness of the treatment. If you do, keep your nail polish exclusively to your toenails and put on a natural base coat that is treating bacterial nail issues, like the product from Akaleine, Onykoleine for treating discoloured toenails.
